Terms & Conditions

1. Authority to Fundraise

• By setting up a fundraising page or event, you acknowledge that you are raising funds in support of the Australian Skin Cancer Foundation (ASCF), a registered Australian charity (ABN 42 648 153 066)

2. Fundraising Approval

• ASCF reserves the right to approve or reject fundraising activities.
• You must not use the ASCF name or logo without prior approval, except through the official online fundraising platform.

3. Use of Funds

• All funds raised through the ASCF platform will be directed to ASCF programs, research, advocacy, and support services, at the discretion of ASCF.

4. Conduct of Fundraising

• You must conduct your fundraising activity in an ethical, honest, and responsible manner.
• Activities that may harm ASCF’s reputation, or involve unlawful, unsafe, or high-risk behaviour, are not permitted.

5. Donations

• Donations are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Official tax-deductible receipts are issued for donations over $2 in accordance with Australian tax law.

6. Events

• If you organise a fundraising event, you are responsible for ensuring it is conducted safely and in compliance with all relevant permits, licences, and insurance requirements.

7. Liability

• ASCF is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by participants or third parties in connection with your fundraising activity.

8. Privacy

• ASCF will collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy at australianskincancerfoundation.org/privacy-policy

9. Changes to Terms

• ASCF may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
